The first time I got approved, I think I was approved for $10,000. I had just got my credit above a 720. I think I believe it was 728 to be exact. I had a pretty strong credit profile and I was excited. I was a kid, fresh out of school. I was given $10,000 to start something with. Happy Thursday, guys. So in this video, I'm going to give you guys the number one tip on how to remove negative items from your credit report. So stay tuned for this video. So I know many of you guys have heard that you need to clean up your personal information, have one name, one address, one employer. So you guys know that the first step to removing negative accounts is to remove all old address. And the reason why you guys want to remove all of the old addresses is because you do not want the credit bureaus to be able to tie any of those accounts to any of the addresses that you have on your credit profile. Step number two, you guys are going to go to the DMV and you're going to update your address to a new address on your driver's license. And that way, once you are able to get your new ID, you're going to notify all three credit bureaus of your new address and then guess what? The final step is you guys are going to dispute all of your negative accounts. Okay, so once you guys have the new address on file, you guys are going to dispute all of the negative inquiries, the negative accounts, whether you have repos, bankruptcies, whatever it is that's holding your credit back, you are going to dispute and you're going to wait about 30 days and watch those negative accounts come off. I'm going to show you the step-by-step I did to delete this collection account within 4 hours on Experian. The first thing you want to do is go to experian.com and then you want to log into your account. If you have an account, you just log in, but if not, you can just create an account here where it says sign up for free. Okay, perfect. Once you log in, you're going to go up here to where it says credit, and you're going to go down and click on where it says credit report. Then you want to scroll down about halfway through the page and click here where it says file a dispute. Then it's going to take you to the back end of the website and from here, you're going to select the account by clicking on the arrow here. And then as an example, if this is a collection account, you're going to click here where it says start a dispute. Once you click on start a dispute, you're going to click on a drop-down menu and then go all the way down to where it says other reason. And now I'm going to input the reason I used for you. Boom. So go ahead and copy that reason. This is what I used and input it into my dispute and sent it off and then within 4 hours, it was deleted. And it's that simple and that's how I was able to remove a collection account within 4 hours. Some people are going to say not to dispute online and that's correct because you'll wave some of your rights if you ever plan to sue, but I just wanted to share the tactic and the process I used to do this. Many people do not know this, but you can refuse to pay a debt collector. Let me show you the law that states this. Google 15 US Code section 1692C, communication and connection with debt collection. Scroll down to part C where it says seizing communication and look what it says. If a consumer notifies a debt collector in writing that the consumer refuses to pay a debt or that the consumer wishes the debt collector to cease further communication with that consumer, the debt collector shall not communicate further with the consumer with respect to such debt. This is an important right you have that many people do not know and can help you with debt collectors since they try to be very unscrupulous and really take advantage of consumers. So make sure you're educated, you know this. Next time you get contacted by a debt collector, you can refuse to pay them. This gives you time to figure out how you're going to pay the debt or if it's even your debt to begin with. 24 to 72 hour transunion hack is back. Let's talk about it. Most people dispute late payments the wrong way by throwing laws into a letter with no proof and hope that something sticks. Quoting FCRA section 609, 611, or 623 without actually understanding how they work, will get you dispute verified because the creditor is only required to confirm accuracy, not remove the account. The real strategy isn't just naming laws, it's using them correctly. That means knowing whether the late payment is inaccurately reported, whether the furniture can properly verify it, timing your disputes correctly, and challenging specific reporting errors instead of the entire account. When disputes are done the right way, you're forcing creditors to prove compliance, not just say, this is correct. They tell you they're going to wipe your credit clean in 7 to 14 days by claiming identity theft. Now, what they're actually doing is filing fake identity theft affidavits and police reports on accounts that you know and they know are yours. That is federal fraud. Now, yes, sometimes the accounts will disappear temporarily, but when the creditors and the bureaus reinvestigate, the accounts come back, your file will get flagged. From there, you want to go to identitytheft.gov and do an FTC report. Now, you're going to do that FTC report basically saying that, you know, your your information was exposed in data breach, right? Once now, after that, you're going to go to this next website called CFPB, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, right? This bureau, this place, this company is basically they oversee the credit bureaus and they make sure that they are, you know, handling people just like you in a, you know, in a just way, right? So, you're going to complain to them, right? And then they're going to go and get on the credit bureaus and say, "Listen, hey, this got to come off, right?" And this is an easy way that a lot of people don't even know that you can use them and you don't even got to send no mail by letters and all that because they're going to contact the credit bureaus for you. Make sure you're adding primary accounts to your credit report. Now there are other factors to making your credit profile bulletproof. I'll tell you how to get that information shortly. GEM 2: When your report is built out properly, and you want to go for business funding, you must have a properly structed business. The biggest mistake I see people make when it comes to getting business funding is using their home address on applications. This is a big NO. If you don't have a physical address for your business, you can always get a virtual one. Simply google "registered agents in your state". You should be able to get a registered agent that allows you to use their business address for $19-$49 a year. Depending on what state you're in. The address they provide will show up as a legitimate office building when the banks look them up. GEM 3: Many people think you have to generate income with your business to borrow... WRONG! Banks work with startups, and this is why it's extremely important to have a properly structured credit report and business because that's what's pulling the weight and giving you credibility to be lendable. You'll need to apply at no doc banks like Chase, Truist, or US Bank. They will lend to startups or existing businesses. Now this is just an overview. If you're running a credit or funding business and you want to make a lot of money, your time for opportunity is starting to run out. There's a lot more people entering this space. There's AI coming out, and so there's a lot of reasons why this window of opportunity won't exist forever. So you need to move a lot faster inside of your business. You need to create urgency. You have to be able to take action. So, this is why. So, you have to have more urgency inside of your business because number one, AI. AI is getting smarter and smarter every single month. Your clients are not able to go to ChatGPT or Claude to ask your questions on how to fix this credit, how to build a funding sequence, how to apply with the banks. So, your business eventually won't be as needed. Next, we have competition. People are seeing others making money in the credit repair industry or in the funding space. There's more and more people entering. So, that makes ads more expensive, that makes competition fiercer. So, that means it's harder for you to sign on clients. So, the longer you wait, the longer you wait to cement yourself in the industry, the harder it's going to be for you to catch up. Next, we have funding platforms and credit repair platforms that are coming out. This means that consumers or your end clients are able to just go on these platforms and have the AI automatically submit disputes or automatically give them funding plans. And so, again, you're becoming a little bit less required. Then finally, harder financing. So, right now, we're entering another recession here, and so the banks are going to start to tighten up. And eventually having setters and closers, so now you can onboard clients without speaking to them, you get client results without being involved, and now this turns your hustle into a true business. Next, we have the support aspect. So a lot of people in the space, they try to go about it alone, right? Maybe through ego or maybe just wanting to have that self-belief, but sometimes it's a lot better to have a team around you that can actually give you clarity on your your bottlenecks. They could give you insights on things that they've been able to solve in the past. So basically you're just buying speed. You're buying implementation, so you can actually grow your business with confidence. And finally, along those same lines is accountability. Sometimes it's always going to be 10,000 different things you could be doing inside your business. You might be again, overwhelmed and you're going to get distracted sometimes.
